FOSS & Crafts is an interdisciplinary podcast that explores the intersections of free software, free culture, and collaborative crafting framed with the common themes of user freedom, agency, and contribution to the commons. Over the past year, we have produced over 30 episodes that both contribute to the commons themselves (released CC-By-SA) and explore themes related to the cultural and software commons. Our guests include artists and creators, developers, activists, scholars and GLAM professionals. In this talk we will discuss our journey of community outreach and advocacy of free culture.
