The purpose of this session is to acknowledge the challenges that energy codes create for lighting specifiers, and to discuss how they can participate in improving the energy codes in ways that will help them.  Key to this is the newly formed IES California Regulations Committee that is intended to increase IES influence with California regulations impacting lighting practitioners.
