Diana Wagman is the author of five adult novels and one young adult and numerous short stories, essays and reviews. Her second novel, "Spontaneous," won the 2001 USA PEN West Award for Fiction.

Alyson Hagy was raised on a farm in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. She is the author of SCRIBE, and seven previous works of fiction, including BOLETO. She lives in Laramie, Wyoming.
