Define the Line | Harassment training for today's workforce
In this interactive discussion, Tina and Nikki will take participants through the definitions of sexual harassment, how we can each be advocates for harassment-free workplaces, and how to handle difficult situations when they come up. Not only do participants walk away from this training with discussion topics and activities to introduce to their teams, but they'll also understand their role and responsibility in creating workplaces that are free from harassment. Tina Todd, PHR, SHRM-CP, and Nikki Larchar, SHRM-CP, are trainers, speakers, authors, and co-founders of Define the Line.Tina and Nikki work with organizations who want to end workplace harassment and spark real change.
