Migrating an analytical framework and end-user application to the Microsoft Analytics platform, including Power BI, presents a number of product, technical and user experience challenges. The Microsoft stack, including Power BI, offer a vast array of ever evolving choices and options for product managers, architects and the end-user. In addition, deploying these solutions to the Azure Cloud in a multi-tenant configuration compounds the solution space even more. This session covers best practices and practical choices for migrating analytical applications over the range of components involved. A focus will be placed on Power BI features that optimize functionality while keeping development and support at a minimum.
