  • To highlight how an evidence-based policy-making process can trigger critical policy discussions, and formulate policy recommendations and improvement in order to shape Internet governance and digital transformation for sustainable development in Africa.
  • To exchange the good practice and lessons learned in the implementation process of the national assessments and encourage more countries and stakeholders to conduct a voluntary assessment of ROAM-X and ensure the transformative impact.    
  • To share the lessons learned of developing and applying shared principles for humanistic digital ecosystems, and reflect on how the ROAM-X framework can support the  UN Secretary-General’s Roadmap for Digital Cooperation and the consultation of the UN Global Digital compact.
