This session will highlight the challenges of digital inclusion in Africa and bring together a diverse range of experts from the government, academia and civil society to interrogate policy and legislative frameworks addressing digital inclusion. The session will canvas the experiences in Africa, government responses and highlight the recommendations the various stakeholders can make.
