The presentation derives from the study of how Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer relationships have altered social and professional norms. Community standards have shifted to preserve and maintain a healthy and safe environment for the people around them. Addressing the vulnerabilities and advantages of this period has dramatically impacted how society operates as a cohesive unit. This investigation will focus on specific impacts, and potential challenges faced as this new age of business develops. At a glance, we can imagine what a world may look like collectively in this structure. Together, the findings of this research magnified the odds of this construct and have established the probability of an accelerated digital transformation moving forward.
