Think back to your most Inspirational Teacher, why are they so memorable? Because they valued us; they unleashed our hidden potential. This interactive session will focus on the “why” we chose this profession (not job) and to reflect on whether our behaviors match our mission. The deepest human need is to be valued! Once a trusting culture is established, students are engaged and want to learn. Educators will leave this session with some new tools and strategies that they can implement the first day back to school.
