Automating cloud-native development using Ansible and OpenShift
Feedback form is now closed.
This hands-on lab will introduce the key concepts of automating your developer team's infrastructure using Ansible® to understand common developer production workflows using the deployed environment. We'll explore Ansible topics like reusable playbooks, tasks, variables, modules, inventories, and cloud-native topics like configuration management, fault-tolerance via circuit breakers in the service mesh, and visibility into the service flow.

During this lab, participants will deploy the lab infrastructure themselves using Ansible, and then build and deploy a Spring Boot microservices application using Red Hat OpenShift® Application Runtimes. We'll also use the Eclipse Che web-based integrated development environment (IDE), and automate the build and deployment pipeline with Jenkins and OpenShift Application Runtimes.

PLEASE NOTE: This course must be added in your registration in order to secure a spot.
