Fewer than 20% of young adults with autism have any kind of regular job experience connecting them to community. Join Virginia Institute of Autism Executive Director Ethan Long, and i.Lab at UVA Incubator Program Director Jason Brewster as they discuss an innovative new model for providing sustainable, gainful employment for adults on the autism spectrum. They will be joined by Dr. Micah Mazurek of UVA’s Curry School and Dave Kearon, Director of Adult Services for Autism Speaks who will talk about nationwide outcomes and initiatives for adults with autism.
