The world is in the age of the digital disruption. If we truly want students to be future ready and cope well with the ongoing disruptions of the 21st Century, then we need to dramatically shift our processes so we are responsive and relevant to the needs of society and the workforce. According to the Foundation for Young Australians New Work Smarts (2017), young Australians will need to not only need to acquire the technical skills, but they will also need to use these skills in enterprising and creative ways.
In this session, come and explore practical strategies, programs and initiatives that Ormiston College are using to inspire entrepreneurial potential in students. Learn how we are developing students’ mind set, skills and knowledge to not only generate creative ideas, but how to turn those ideas into action.
