Introduction to partner inversions and the magic of an amazing grip
Let´s combine perfect fit and deep listening to the connection points of the bodys with the practice of partner inversions. Building up from the floor, cultivating spotting rules and techniques we gonna build up to find comfort, ease and trust in different levels of inversions.Come and play with changing perspectives!
