Use of XBRL within the enterprise – not just the XBRL data generated to file it with regulators, but to support key activities like management reporting, KPI dashboards, data monitoring and auditing. It will show how large enterprises and SMEs alike can leverage XBRL to support these processes in a streamlined and cost-effective way, drawing from real life examples. It will include live, hands-on examples of how XBRL taxonomies for financial reporting can support these processes, and how XBRL GL is used as an interface between accounting and operational software and those taxonomies.
