Lenore has a BA in History from Yale University and has worked for Google, The Blackstone Group, Chevron Energy Solutions and as a luxury wedding planner in Manhattan. Biography: Andrew Swallow and David Silverglide successfully built Mixt Greens to 8 units in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles before deciding to turn their sights on revolutionizing sandwiches the same way that Mixt Greens revolutionized salads. Their management company, Good Food Guys is incredibly passionate about bringing great food to as many people as possible and operates both Mixt Greens and Split Bread.

She has spoken on energy efficiency at numerous events and considers herself lucky to be at the forefront of the marriage of technology and environmentalism.
