The Lion's Den - Roots Reggae Flow

Log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

Roots reggae, with its distinctive sound and slow beat, is considered by some a form of gospel music as it invites deep gratitude, reflection and love. In our yoga practice we can search for the same things. Using a connection to the sounds of reggae and our breath, come and let the music ease you through a sweet and slow vinyasa flow that uses elements of a restorative practice. We'll use this final session of the weekend to assimilate the work we have done, the bliss we have cultivated and the deep connection to community we feel. Geared to all levels of practitioner.
