How do teachers learn about their profession, within their profession? Engaging directly this question, this workshop presents successful examples of teacher-led professional learning activities, such as induction, mentoring, and communities of practice, in the context of a large university ELT context. Best practice principles in professional learning are also explored.
Fiona Wiebusch (PhD Candidate) is a Senior Lecturer at RMIT International University in Vietnam, where she is responsible for leading teacher development and research across the English Language Programs.
